Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Pizzert

Here is another delicious recipes from Chocolate Covered Katie as shes is like the interesting breakfast queen. This is a Breakfast Pizzert. What is a Pizzert? In my book its a dessert pizza, so a breakfast pizzert is a dessert pizza for breakfast, mmm.

This one is a pumpkin pie inspired pizzert but I have also done a great nutella and banana one, again you are limited by your imagination.

1/2 cup wholemeal or all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
3-4 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup water or milk
2 Tbsp cooked, mashed pumpkin
2tsp pumpkin pie spices (Cinnamon, nutmeg, mixed spice etc.)
Small handful of raisins or chopped walnuts

1. Mix everything togther in a bowl until well combined.
2. Pour into a well greased 22cm cake or pie pan
3. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
4. Cut into wedges and serve with some yoghurt or chocolate chips if you are so inclined
