Lasagne roll ups

Baby its cold outside! Sleet, hail, snow and gale force winds have kept most of Dunedin inside today so what is needed is a nice warm dinner. These lasagne roll ups make a great individual serving and also make a really easy portable lasgane for lunches.

There's nothing really different from a normal lasagne but i'll post the recipe anyway

Here's some help for rolling them up.

Ingredients
500g beef mince
1 clove garlic, crushed
400g can of pasta sauce or 400g can chopped tomatoes with 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp mixed herbs added.
Fresh lasagne sheets
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan

1. In a fry pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add the mince.
2. Cook the mince, breaking it up until it is browned.
3. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
4. Pour in the pasta sauce/tomato mixture.
5. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes or until thick.
6. To make the white sauce: Melt the margarine in a small saucepan.
7. Add the flour an cook for a minute
8. Gradually whisk in the milk, trying to get out any lumps.
9. Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly until thick.
10. Lay the lasagne sheet out flat.
11. Picture how you are going to roll up the lasagne. Place a few spoonfuls of mixture about 1/4 the way along the sheet and top with a spoonful of the white sauce.
12. Fold the short side over to cover the mixture.
13. Top with a few more spoonfuls then roll up the rest of the lasagne sheets to make a flat tube.
14. Repeat with the rest of the sheets until you have run out of mince mixture.
15. Place in a baking dish and cover with the rest of the white sauce.
16. Bake at 180 degrees C or until golden.
17. If your lasagne sheets are large your rolls will be large, so a serving may only be 1/2 a roll.
